After an extensive engagement process with a diverse range of children we were able to understand in far greater detail what are some of the key considerations for a play space designed specifically for older children is. The resultant design includes a massive central climbing structure and feature slides. This is complemented with a range of other social play components including parkour areas, a single point swing and flying fox as well and sculptural mounded terrain. There are also central sheltered BBQ areas and skate ledges for informal use.
