In 2017, Playce & Agency of Sculpture were chosen to be one of the 5 teams to compete in the 9^th Cubby House Challenge for Kids Under Cover, as part of the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show.

Over the span of a few months, the team at Playce worked with Agency of Sculpture to develop and build the GLOWB – a spherical steel cubby, both sculptural and functional, that blurs the lines between art and play.

The GLOWB broke the record for highest ever bid on a cubby and now sits proudly in the beautiful gardens of the Wyreena Community Art Centre.
